We like making things easy for you! We give you peace of mind with our convenient refund policy. If you made the smart move to secure a future water delivery for the dry summer months and you get closer to the date to find its been raining and your tank level is looking ok, we can easily change your booking to another date, or if you wish to cancel your delivery - no problem!
We will immediately upon request issue you a refund on the full purchase amount if the cancellation is made more than 24 hours prior to the booking date. If the cancellation is less than 24 hours before the booking date we'll refund the full purchase amount less a small $10 cancellation fee. You can split your purchase into 4 interest free instalments. You’ll pay for your first instalment at the time of purchase, and the remainder every fortnight.

We instantly email you the quote for you to forward this to your case manager. Once they have accepted the quote and made payment your water delivery is on its way!
