The following terms govern your use of this Raincloud Limited site (the "Site"). By accessing this Site you (the "Customer") are deemed to accept and agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not accept these terms then you may not access or use this Site.
Payment terms is strictly payment prior to delivery. We will not deliver water if we have not received payment. All prices displayed include GST.
If in the event a customer wishes to cancel their order, the Site will immediately upon request issue a refund of the full purchase amount if the cancellation is made more than 24 hours prior to scheduled booking date. If the cancellation is made within 24 hours prior to the booking date, the Site will refund the full purchase amount less a $10 cancellation fee. Any time or date or date given by the Site to the Customer is an estimate only. The Customer must still accept delivery of the goods even if late and the Site will not be liable for any loss or damage incurred by the Customer as a result of the delivery being late.
The Customer shall ensure the Site has clear and free access to the delivery site at all times to enable them to deliver the goods. If the Customer has dogs on the property, please ensure they are secured prior to the delivery driver's arrival. The Site shall not be liable for any loss or damage to the Customer's property (including, without limitation, damage to driveways and concreted or paved or grassed areas or bridges or septic systems) unless due to the negligence of the Site. The Customer must inform the Site in writing if they have a septic system located in the area where the truck is expected to operate.
We reserve the right to refuse delivery if the driver deems the driveway access to be unsafe to complete delivery; if in this event, we would be happy to offer you a smaller truck that is capable of completing the delivery and refund you the price difference, or alternatively give you a full refund.
Goods supplied are sourced solely from a registered drinking-water supply which complies with the current DWSNZ. The Customer accepts and acknowledges that the goods may have a noticeable smell or taste due to the treatment process.
This Site is owned and operated by Raincloud Limited (" Raincloud™ "). No material from this Site may be reproduced, republished, uploaded, posted, transmitted or distributed in anyway, without the prior written permission of Raincloud™. All Site materials (including without limitation all graphics, design, text, images, logos) and the selection and arrangement thereof are copyright Raincloud™ ©. Modification of any of the materials on this Site or use of the materials for any other purpose will be a violation of Raincloud's™ copyright and other intellectual property rights.
