TERMS & CONDITIONS
We are a bulk freshwater and saltwater delivery service supplying water to residential and commercial clients throughout Auckland, Rodney, Franklin, Waitakere and Hawkes Bay. We are committed to providing safe, high-quality drinking water sourced from certified filling stations across Auckland, Rodney, Franklin and Waitakere. We work hard to deliver a safe and reliable water supply that meets New Zealand’s drinking water standards. All water is treated to Ministry of Health standards to ensure it is safe to drink.
The following terms govern your use of this Essential Bulk Liquids Limited site (the ‘site’), and its brands, by accessing this site you (the ‘customer’) are deemed to accept and agree to be bound by these terms.
PRICE AND PAYMENT
Prices are quoted in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and include GST. Pricing and load sizes can be found on our website.
Payment is required 48 hours prior to delivery unless prior arrangements have been made.
Surcharge Fees: Are applicable as follows:
- Call-out fee: The full fee is payable if the tanker turns up on site and delivery is not required
- Public Holiday surcharge of $150
CANCELLATION POLICY:
Cancellations must be made at least two days before delivery is due. If a customer cancels an order before 3 pm on the day prior to delivery, a cancellation fee of $75.00 applies and will be deducted from the refund or credit. Cancellations after 3 pm on the day prior to delivery will be payable in full.
REFUNDS AND CREDITS
Cancellations more than two days before delivery can be held in credit at full value or refunded less a 10% handling fee to cover bank and handling fees.
ONLINE ORDERS
Any online sales of goods and/or services by Essential Bulk Liquids Limited are made subject to Essential Bulk Liquids Limited's standard terms and conditions of sale at the time of sale. All prices quoted on this Site are in New Zealand Dollars. The final billing amount will be in New Zealand Dollars.
CREDIT CARD SECURITY
Our website uses SSL, does not store credit card details, and all payments are handled by DPS Payment Express. A secure, PCI-compliant, third-party service.
PAYMENT METHODS
We accept Mastercard, Visa, Afterpay & WINZ payments.
ACCESS
Essential Bulk Liquids strive to deliver to all properties, but safe access is essential. Please ensure:
Clear driveway: At least 2.3m wide, free of overhanging branches, parked cars, and other obstructions suitable for a large delivery truck.
Safe pedestrian access: A clear path to your water tank. Flat, stable ground for the driver's ladder is required.
Animals restrained: All pets must be secured indoors or on a leash during delivery.
Limited Liability: Essential Bulk Liquids cannot accept responsibility for damage caused to your property while accessing the delivery point, including culverts, driveways, gardens, lawns, or septic fields.
Advanced Notice: If you have any concerns about access, please inform us beforehand so we can explore alternative delivery options (e.g., smaller trucks, and extended hoses).
DELIVERY TIMES
Times or dates given by the site to the customer are estimates only. Whilst every endeavour is made to deliver on the date and at the time requested this is not guaranteed.
RISK
Goods supplied are sourced solely from a registered drinking water supply that complies with the current Drinking Water Standards NZ. The customer accepts and acknowledges that the goods may have a noticeable smell or taste due to the treatment process.
SECURE SHOPPING
At Essential Bulk Liquids Limited, we understand your concern about online security. Your online order is secure with Essential Bulk Liquids Limited because we have partnered with Windcave and Afterpay as our online commerce providers. Windcave and Afterpay use their own Secure Sales Server technology (S3) on every transaction that we process. Your credit card and personal information are encrypted and sent securely to their servers for processing.
